To create an account on BetKing, open the homepage and go to ‘REGISTER’. You can find this in the top right-hand corner.
You’ll be asked for personal details: your name, mobile phone number, email address, and a password. Confirm the data provided by clicking on ‘confirm’.
You’ll get a confirmation message after the registration is complete. You will also get a confirmation notice by email. To verify your email address, click on this link.
To log into your account, enter your username and password.
Verify your mobile phone number
Part of verifying your account is verifying your mobile number. After logging into your account, proceed as follows:
- In the menu, go to the Verify Mobile icon
- Confirm your phone number
- Click on “Send Verification Code”
Betking will send a code to your mobile. Enter the code on the site and click Verify.
KYC
Like most betting platforms, Betking has KYC (Know Your Customer) validation. You will need to undergo this if you want to withdraw winnings. Every customer that wins something must provide a valid means of identification to have the funds paid out to them.
You must provide one of the following documents:
- International passport
- Voter’s card
- National Identity card / slip
- CAC document (If you registered with a business name)
- Driver’s license
The document has to have photo ID. Your full name, date of birth, and the validity date of the document must be very clear and legible.
If any of this information is on the back of the ID document, you need to scan that as well. Then, send both sides to the sportsbook.
Betking does not recommend waiting until you win something to validate your ID. To do so in advance, click the validate link, upload your ID document, and click on “Submit.” The support staff will review the document, usually that same day, and reflect the changes in the system. They will notify you if more information is required.
